About Our Practice
Dr. Diane Conness and Dr. Richard Jablonski as well as their team of technicians, front desk personnel, and opticians are committed to their patients and work hard to provide them with the best optometric care possible. They accept most major vision and health insurance plans as well as flexible spending accounts and CareCredit payment plans.
Dr. Conness and Dr. Jablonski have been practicing optometry together in Northern Virgina for over 20 years. They established their practice in Woodbridge, Virginia in 1989 and as the practice grew, they relocated to their current office at 12444 Dillingham Square in LakeRidge, Virginia.
Their dedication to personal attention and care has created many long-term patients who have trusted the doctors with their family eye care needs for years. It is such a joy to watch patients and their families grow. Dr. Conness and Dr. Jablonski have had the pleasure of treating several generations of their earliest patients. They know their patients by face and not by number. LakeRidge Vision Source is proud to be an active community member supporting local schools, charities, and fundraisers as well as the Lion's Club and Optometry Giving Sight.
